  • Work on Account Platform Web team, building services for user account management using React, Redux, and TypeScript

  • Supported intergration of third-party bot protection vendor, leading to a 70% reduction in overall web login requests

  • Migrated release strategy to trunk-driven development with automatic deployments via Octo and Bamboo, reducing time to merge less than 1 hour (90% reduction) following all testing

  • Lead integration of native web-view standardization initiative, bringing web account experiences to our 2 million unique monthly paying customers in our native apps

  • Built full-stack integration with Zendesk that receives 16,000+ requests per day from 200+ internal users

  • Built React-Redux frontend and .NET Core backend for new internal tool to manage all employee permissions that will serve 1,500+ users

  • Wrote tech plan for new application and led meetings with internal company stakeholders for review

  • Built out content and structure for latest version of website with custom MIT subdomain

  • Returned to support efforts for 2021 summit, managing all website content and logistics
